FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE ON ORDERS OVER $8,000.00 JMD, UP TO 1.5KG USING JAMAICA POST.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME 10 - 15 BUSINESS DAYS CARIBBEAN, USA, UK, CANADA.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME 15 - 20 BUSINESS DAYS ALL OTHER COUNTRIES.
We currently offer free shipping to over 150 countries.
YOU CAN ALSO SHIP ORDERS ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD VIA FEDEX.
SHIPPING IN JAMAICA:
Irie Cosmetics island wide delivery services are Jamaica Post (standard delivery) and Tara Courier (same day delivery) .
Standard shipping cost is $700 JMD while express shipping is $1,600 JMD.

Please note (Weekend): Tara Courier, who handles our Local deliveries, do not deliver on Sundays and as such orders placed after 10:00 am on Fridays will be scheduled for a Monday delivery.
Saturday Pickups – Tara now offer Pickups within the towns of Kingston, Montego Bay and Ocho Rios on Saturdays. Call before 11:00 am to have your packages picked up and delivered the same day for in town deliveries or Monday morning for all other areas.
SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY:
We ship internationally using FedEx and Jamaica Post. Shipping costs vary with weight and volume.
Transit time for each order can vary slightly depending on the shipping method chosen. FedEx International Economy USA takes 5 - 7 business days, after verification. You may choose a faster option at a higher cost if you wish. You may also choose a cheaper option, Jamaica Post, which takes 10 - 20 business days at a significantly lower cost.

Irie Cosmetics currently ships to over 30 countries. As FedEx is our primary international shipping carrier, Irie Cosmetics does not ship to Army Post Office (APOs), Fleet Post Office (FPOs), or PO Boxes. Irie Cosmetics shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery or shipment of goods. Irie Cosmetics is not responsible or liable for any damages incurred from a particular shipping company. We are happy to provide any information needed for you to make a claim. Customers are responsible for all expedited or other extraordinary approved shipping charges. You will incur an additional US$15.00 charge for any returned packages by our carrier because of an invalid international shipping address. Additional shipping charges apply if returned packages are re-shipped. Please make certain that the shipping information you provide is accurate and complete.
Back Orders
For back ordered items in any order, it will be automatically shipped out as soon as we receive the item in the order placed. You will be notified via a shipment confirmation email once your back ordered items have shipped.
PAYMENT ON ORDERS:
We accept payment with Paypal. Product prices and delivery charges, if any, are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Confirmation. Please retain a copy of your receipt that shows each transaction processed.

If you are not completely satisfied with a Irie Cosmetics purchase or gift for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below for purchases made on online or in-store. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Irie Cosmetics monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at Irie Cosmetics in all instances. All points and spend associated with all refunds will be removed when the transaction is processed. All returns are subject to validation and approval at Irie Cosmetics’ discretion. We may ask you for a driver’s license or government ID to verify your identity.
We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company.
If there is a discrepancy between the return policy and procedures printed on the Irie Cosmetics original packing slip and the information provided above, the information provided above governs the return of your online purchase on our website or in-store.

Online Purchase Return Procedures
Here are two easy ways to return your item from a online order

Online Returns by Mail

Include the original packing slip with your items.

Package your return item in the manufacturer's product box and Irie Cosmetics packaging (if available). Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.

Print the Prepaid Return Label or request a printerless FedEx Mobile Return Code (if available) from the link above.

Drop off the package at one of the specified FedEx locations.**

You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.
It takes up to 7 days to process returns and credit your account or to issue an online store credit. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
2. Irie Cosmetics Returns to Store Location
Visit our physical store to return a new or gently used item purchased from our website within 30 days of purchase. Please bring your original packing slip with you, as well as the credit or debit card you used to place your order.

Gift Returns
If you are returning a gift that you received by mail and do not want the refund to go to the purchaser, before mailing the return please call 1-876-123-9876 to set-up the gift return under your account. Your refund will be in the form of an online store credit that you can use at any time online.
